Aaron Shapland is proud to announce his recent election as Humanities Representative on the Arts & Science Faculty Council at the University of Toronto, and Co-President of the Near & Middle Eastern Civilizations Student Union (NMCSU).

For those of you who don't already know, this year he had the honour of serving as Communications Officer of the NMC Students' Union, which included the design of the new NMCSU identity (website and logo) and the design/layout of the Journal of Near & Middle Eastern Studies 2010. He looks forward to another year of enhancing the university experience.
